We sell only premier quality parts like Wiseco Pistons, Advanced Sleeves, Crankshaft Technologies Crankshafts, Boysen Reeds and Aqua Power parts for your Mercury, OMC/Johnson, Chrysler/Force, Yamaha, and Suzuki/Tohatsu/Nissan outboard engines.
Refunds/Returns Policy:
- Make sure your order is correct! Refunds will cheerfully be made once your order is returned in good condition and a copy of the original order form is enclosed. There is a 10% restocking fee for any returns.
- We will not refund any shipping costs incurred.
- If we have filled your order incorrectly, upon notification from you, we will replace the incorrect parts and issue a call tag for the return of the original parts to be returned to us.
Backorders:
Unfortunately, from time to time, items may be on backorder from the manufacturer due to no fault of our own. However, you will be notified immediately if this occurs. Unless otherwise instructed, all backorders will be shipped upon receipt.
Warranties:
Boat Motor Parts only sells premier grades of boat engine parts. All parts are warranted by the manufacturers limited warranties (available upon request)-not Boat Motor Parts. We will do all possible to help you work with the individual manufacturer if you experience failure.

- How quickly can I get my order shipped?
All orders are shipped the same day, if order is received by 3 PM, CST, M-F.
- Who pays shipping costs?
Boat Motor Parts pays your shipping charges on all orders shipped UPS ground or Priority Mail in the continental USA. All other orders are shipped at customer's expense. You may email for shipping quote.
- How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped via UPS ground or Priority Mail in the continental USA. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico or foreign countries will be shipped via UPS International unless otherwise instructed by customer.
If express service is requested, all applicable shipping fees will apply.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept money orders/negotiable funds or COD orders.
- Is sales tax charged?
Yes, on all orders shipped within the state of Missouri, USA at a rate of 5.225%. If you have a sales tax number please fax us a copy to 417.271.6646, for our records.
